New video of the 2012 Porsche 911 Cabrio ahead of Detroit debut
Ahead of its official public debut at the Detroit Auto Show next week, We have new video of the 2012 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. We may have had the reveal of the 2012 Porsche 911 Cabriolet (and the 911 S Cabriolet too) back in November, but the 911 Cabriolet is only due to get its public debut at the Detroit Auto Show next week. Which explains why Porsche has chosen to deliver a new video of the 911 Cabrio now.
The BMW 1 Series Coupe & Convertible get a 2011 Facelift
To be entirely accurate, the 2011 BMW 1 Series Facelift isn’t across the board – at least not yet. What we are getting – at the Detroit Motor Show next month – is a modest refresh to the cosmetics on the BMW 1 Series Coupe and BMW 1 Series Convertible plus a bit of an oily tweak. On the cosmetic front the 2011 1 Series gets some new light front and back – headlight tweaks, L-shaped tail lights and LEDs front and back – and a new splitter that BMW says creates an air curtain to improve CO2 and reduce drag.

Now we have the new Mercedes S-Class in the wild, the next step is the arrival of its various siblings, including the ultra luxury Pullman version. the convertible S-Class and this, the new Mercedes S-Class Coupe. Designed to replace the current Mercedes CL, the new S-Class Coupe will put a bit bit more distance between the rather staid S-Class saloon and its coupe version this time round, with Mercedes hoping the new Coupe will take the fight properly to cars like the Bentley Continental GT.
